Veelay never has access to customers' full payment card details.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier, the destination or circumstances beyond our control.

An email with tracking information is sent as soon as the order ships.

Article 7 - 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Every order is covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee, starting from the date of delivery.

Return requests must be sent to hello@veelay.store.

Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund is issued to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

Article 8 - Warranty

Our products are covered by the warranties provided by applicable law. If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us and we will replace it at no extra cost.

Article 9 - Liability

Veelay's liability is limited to the amount of the order concerned.
