Questions parents ask
What age is Veelay for?
Veelay is designed for kids 4 and up. It's simple enough for a 5-year-old to use alone, and older kids love inventing wilder ideas.
Does it need Wi-Fi or a phone?
Veelay connects to your home Wi-Fi once during setup so the AI can create the drawings. After that, kids just press the button and talk — no tablet or phone needed to play.
Is the AI safe for kids?
Yes. Prompts go through kid-safe filters that block inappropriate content, and the microphone only listens while the button is pressed.
Does it need ink?
Never. Veelay uses thermal printing — heat on special paper — so there are no cartridges and no mess.
How long does the battery last?
The rechargeable battery lasts through dozens of sticker prints on a single charge, and recharges quickly with the included USB-C cable. Most stickers print in under 10 seconds.
How do I get more sticker paper?
Refill rolls are available on our store in 3-packs and 6-packs. The 2 and 3-printer bundles include extra rolls for free.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed in 1–2 business days and delivered in 5–8 business days. Shipping is free in the US.
